More than 150 acclaimed artists will exhibit artworks together in support of the Tibetan freedom struggle and in solidarity with persecuted Tibetan artists from September 21st to 25th at Union Gallery Annex in New York City. The second-annual Art for Tibet show will feature leading contemporary Tibetan and international artists, including Shepard Fairey, Richard Gere, Tenzing Rigdol, Gonkar Gyatso, Pema Rinzin, John Peet, David Ellis, Kenji Hirata and many more.
A “Preview Auction” will be live online Friday, September 10th open to bidders worldwide. All artwork in the show will be sold via a silent auction open to the public that runs throughout the week and will conclude with an auction and party on Saturday, September 25th. The closing night event will feature a silent auction, live-painting performance, and music throughout the night.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Students for a Free Tibet (SFT), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with international headquarters in New York.
