Selections from the Sun Ten Collection—A Homecoming Celebration is organized jointly by the Taipei Cultural Center in New York and the Sun Ten Museum in Los Angeles. The exhibition, with 24 paintings spanning over half a century epitomizing the many faces of arts in Taiwan, will run from May 24 through June 2, 2019.

Honoring its namesake, the exhibition features selected works from the Sun Ten Museum founded by Dr. Hsu Hong-Yuan’s family after his death. As Dr. Hsu viewed the collection of over 600 artworks as public assets of the Taiwanese people, the Museum pledged to donate it to the Ministry of Culture in September, 2018. Before the collection returns to its own land, we invite you to join us in celebrating the Hsu family’s generosity and the preeminence of the collection. The exhibition will be opened by Taiwan’s Minister of Culture, Cheng Li-Chiun.
