The Lab is pleased to present a collection of video pieces by Heejin Jang. Jang juxtaposes found images, video footage and soundscapes in sound performances and multi-channel video installations. Drawing inspiration from her own personal history of growing up surrounded by both North and South Korean popular culture, she fuses language, K-pop phenomenon, fandom and issues of propaganda.
