Musashino Consortium was established 2017 by 14 artists in New York, by the alumni of Musashino Art University. Musashino Art University is an Art University in Japan founded in 1929. Our mediums may vary such as paintings, sculpture, installations, photographs and multimedia, but we, who have left Japan long ago have found a significance in the opportunity to present our works in New York. This collaboration as a group symbolizes the transformation we have experienced in the midst American art and society.
