Triangle is an artist residency program based in Brooklyn, New York that focuses on process, ideas, and building community. In addition to our studio residencies, which run for three months, we are excited to now provide a 3-day intensive (May 27 – 29, 2028), featuring group activities and programming focused on the theme “The Fourth Wall.” All residents will participate in the intensive, which reinvents our original program, the Triangle Artists Workshop. Staff will use The Fourth Wall theme as a lens through which to curate the programs and activities of the May intensive. Artists will also have occasional opportunities to engage with the theme during the course of their 3-month residency.

The application is open October 15 through December 15, 2026, for the following 3-month residency periods:

• June – August 2027
• September – November 2027
• December 2027 – February 2028
• March – May 2028
